The Transaction Facilitator

Mr. Prestia engages in meticulous review, strategic questioning and analysis, while anticipating challenges instead of simply reacting to them, and devises creative solutions to facilitate your transaction.

Mr. Prestia has owned several businesses and real estate investments, so his legal advice is provided in that "real world"/"big picture" context.

The Transaction Facilitator:

  • Law Offices of Frank D. Prestia is very selective in its representation and limits its client base in order to better serve its clients.
  • Our focus is to be a transaction facilitator while providing the highest level of legal advisement. We accomplish this by engaging in meticulous review, strategic questioning and analysis, while anticipating challenges instead of simply reacting to them, and devising creative solutions to facilitate your transaction.
