
Frank D. Prestia

Mr. Frank D. Prestia graduated Summa Cum Laude (Highest Honors) and as Top Graduating Philosophy Major as an undergraduate and on the Real Property Law Society from St. John's University School of Law School in 1996. During that time, he also worked for two law firms, interned with the New York State Appellate and Supreme Courts and the United States Attorneys Office, Eastern District, and was published in the New York State Real Property Law Journal, as well as later serving as President of his law school's Justinian Law Society Alumni Association.
Frank purchased his first investment property in 1991 and has been actively involved in the real estate market as an owner, investor, developer, landlord, broker, and owner of a real estate investment company and real estate brokerage. He has been a business owner almost as long, with businesses in financial and estate planning, fitness, wholesale and retail distribution, real estate, computer hardware and production industries, as well as serving as a consultant to an international Franchise Company.
Frank is currently a member of the American Bar Association, Washington State Bar Association and King County Bar Association, as well as a Washington State licensed real estate broker. He is a principal and designated broker of Prestia Group, a commercial and investment real estate brokerage, along with being a member of the Commercial Brokers Association and NorthWest Multiple Listing Service. |
