Frank D. Prestia, Esq.
Founder & Principal
Frank D. Prestia has nearly 35 years of real-world business, real estate and technology experience. He graduated Summa Cum Laude with a BA in Philosophy from SUNY at Geneseo, and on the Real Property Law Society from St. John’s University School of Law, while also working for two law firms and interning with the New York State Appellate and Supreme Courts and the United States Attorney’s Office, Eastern District, before later serving as President of his law school’s Justinian Law Society Alumni Association. Frank purchased his first investment property in 1991 and has been involved in the real estate industry as an owner, investor, developer, and broker, and founder of a real estate development company and commercial real estate brokerage. He has also founded and operated businesses in various sectors, such as finance, fitness, distribution, manufacturing, and franchising. Frank has a keen interest in technology, working as a computer designer and tutor to fund his education, programming his first e-commerce website in 1999, and managing online businesses since 2006, so he understands the emerging challenges and opportunities in the digital domain.
Lance Yoon, JD LLM

Lance Yoon earned his Juris Doctorate from Hofstra Law School and a Master of Law Degree in Taxation from Georgetown University Law School. Lance has vast taxation, research, analysis, and strategic planning experience as a tax associate in KPMG, LLP Mergers & Acquisitions Department for clients like Pfizer, IBM, and News Corp. He then served as a Senior Associate for Ernst & Young, LLP handling International and Domestic transactions with fortune 500 companies like AIG and NBC, as well as private equity firms like Silver Lake Partners, Clayton, Dubilier & Rice and CVC Capital Partners. Lance later worked as an in-house Tax Analyst for Cantor Fitzgerald, LP, where he focused on alternative acquisitions, multiple Federal and State tax issues, and audits.
Lisa Chiang, Esq.
Of Counsel International Clientele Liaison
Lisa Chiang is an experienced lawyer and real estate expert with a BA from Johns Hopkins University and a JD from Lewis & Clark Law School. She started her legal career in Seattle, Washington, as an attorney and commercial real estate broker. She then moved to Singapore, where she gained valuable experience in advising clients on international investments in luxury real estate, as well as international estate planning and tax compliance. Lisa has a deep understanding of the I.R.S. issues that affect American expatriates, especially those with significant foreign assets, retirement plans, and estate tax obligations in multiple jurisdictions. She is a former Speaker Liaison for Washington Women in Real Estate Law and holds her commercial real estate broker’s license to better serve her select clients.
